Connect the black wire coming into the box to the line side of the receiver. First the wiring for the fan and receiver. Sorry if I seem a bit lost - trying to understand as much of this as possible. Then there's the issue of how to wire it up at the fan/light. But, I still need two line wires, right? There aren't any "loose" line wires, so do I just need to pull two out of the wire nut? Or do I need 2 separate small runs of wire? How do I wire up the switches? My understanding is each "loose" load wire (red/black) goes to a different switch. I've attached some pictures of what I'm working with here. The switch box doesn't currently have any switches installed. The cable in the ceiling is a 3 wire cable (red, black, white, and ground). The house doesn't have an existing fan/light, but it's wired for it. I figure I can turn the fan on with the switch, and if I want to adjust the speed, I can use the remote (I realize the remote won't work if the switch is off). It comes with a remote, and Hunter recommends only using the remote to control everything, but I want to control each separately with a switch. I'm installing a Hunter ceiling fan/light combo.
